Suggested Sizing Guidelines:
When sitting on the exercise gym ball, your knees and hips should be at 90
degree angles or slightly higher. Here are some general
guidelines:
- 4'8" to 5'3"..... 55 cm
- 5'3" to 6'0"..... 65 cm
- 6'0" to 6'7"..... 75 cm
