The 65cm FitBall is made of a burst resistant material that will slowly deflate if punctured. All sizes of gym balls have been tested for weights of up to 600lbs. The exercise ball is designed to fit in at your home, office, or gym. Available in 5 different colors.

Suggested Sizing Guidelines:
When sitting on the exercise gym ball, your knees and hips should be at 90 degree angles or slightly higher. Here are some general guidelines:
- 4'8" to 5'3"..... 55 cm
- 5'3" to 6'0"..... 65 cm
- 6'0" to 6'7"..... 75 cm
