Caring for your Silk Blanket and Throw
We hope you enjoy your silk blankets. Before removing from the package, please check to make sure the size and color are satisfactory. Also, please check the labels for the cleaning instructions. Silk is a luxurious fiber and will last a long time if given the proper care. Always use a mild soap when washing. Do not use any harsh chemicals or bleach as they will damage the silk fiber. Dreamsacks does not recommend Woolite for silk. Dreamsacks suggest Le Blanc Silk Wash or a similar silk friendly soap.
If the item can be washed in the machine, please use cool water and a gentle cycle. If the Silk Blanket can be dried in the dyer, air or machine dry on low. Remove promptly from the dryer. The heat from the dryer is hard on silk, so please do not over-dry.
