Instructors can also use the pilates ring to help clients maintain proper alignment and to increase self awareness of body position. If you are shorter than 5'2" or less flexible we suggest using the Fitness Circle Pro 12 Inch. The 12 inch pilates ring will allow for easier movement during pilates exercise.

Fitness Circle Flow DVD
Now you can get the body you have always wanted by integrating the Fitness Circle into your fitness regimen. Work with internationally recognized instructor Moira Merrithew to target and challenge arms and legs with this outstanding yet lightweight resistance tool. You’ll also get the added advantage of strengthening and activating support systems throughout the body. The DVD is 84 minutes long with a 30 minute pilates workout. 31 exercises are coverd plus basic principles and a warm up.

Power Paced Fitness Circle DVD
This dynamic and quick-paced Stott Pilates Fitness Circle workout will leave you feeling flexible, strong and empowered. Follow along with Pilates guru Moira Merrithew as you add some intense conditioning of arms and legs to the all-important core work. The DVD is 87 minutes long with a 31 minute pilates workout.
32 exercises are covered plus basic principles and a warm up.

Fitness Circle Challenge DVD
Offering more intensity, Fitness Circle Challenge takes it up a notch. This workout will challenge your strength, flexibility and endurance, developing the core stability that is vital for optimal fitness. Best suited for those who have some experience with pilates Fitness Circle workouts. Also ideal for fitness instructors looking for new programming ideas. The DVD is 90 minutes long with a 32 minute pilates workout. 30 exercises are covered.
