This pilates barrel has a gentle curve that helps with spinal decompression, lengthening of the spine, improving posture, and developing balance and control. In contrast to the Arc Barrel, the deluxe version is reinforced with a wood frame making this a very sturdy pilates barrel. Handles on each side provides additional ease during exercises. If you are looking for a workout barrel that is more portable and lightweight, try STOTT PILATES Arc Barrel. The Deluxe Arc Barrel includes an instructional pilates video for the Arc Barrel and Arc Barrel Deluxe.
Arc Barrel Workout DVD
