The Pilates Ladder Barrel helps isolate deep postural muscles and challenges the body on all planes of movement. The most commonly performed exercises focus on spinal extension, leg stretches, and sit-ups in all directions. This piece of pilates equipment is made to be adjustable with six ladder rungs and a sliding base to fit many different torso and leg lengths. The steel frame makes this a strong and quality piece of pilates fitness equipment.

The DVD is 186 minutes long with a 43 minute workout covering 35 exercises.
Arc Barrel Workout DVD
Acclaimed mind-body fitness authority Moira Merrithew guides you through a series of exercises and variations using the Arc Barrel to isolate, stretch and strengthen the deep postural muscles of the body. Recommended for participants of all fitness levels. The DVD is 135 minutes long with a workout of 29 minutes and packed with extra features, such as bonus exercise clips, preview to other DVDs, and more. 21 exercises are covered.
Spine Supporter and Corrector Pilates DVD
In Spine Corrector Moria Merrithew guides you from relaxation and stretching exercises to those aimed at challenging and strengthening. This pilates video contains workouts for the Spine Supporter Barrel and the Spine Corrector Barrel.
