Spine Supporter and Corrector Pilates DVD
In Spine Corrector Moria Merrithew guides you from relaxation and stretching exercises to those aimed at challenging and strengthening. This pilates video contains workouts for the Spine Supporter Barrel and the Spine Corrector Barrel. The DVD is 171 minutes long with a 39 minute Spine Corrector workout covering 18 exercises and a 18 minute Spine Supporter workout covering 26 exercises. |
