The Comfort Keyboard ErgoRest® Articulating Arm Support provides comfortable arm, shoulder and neck support with unrestricted motion. The best quality arm support available, the Ergo Rest provides effortless, full support, and easy hassle free height adjustment.
The ErgoRest only adjusts to an angle level with, or above the surface it is clamped to. An ErgoRest could conceivably clamp onto a keyboard tray, as long as the thickness of the tray itself is greater than 1 inch. It's really not necessary to use both the tray and the rests, provided that the tray keep the keyboard at a level where the elbows are bent at a 90 degree angle. However, in certain situations (injury, medical conditions, etc.) an individual may want to still use the ErgoRest in conjunction with the keyboard tray.
