The Adirondack Chair Works Classic Foot Rest is 22 inches wide, which is the same width as the seat of the Classic Adirondack Chair. It is made with the same 1inch thick Clear Western Red Cedar with stainless steel hardware just like our chairs, so you know they match perfectly. One set of legs can be folded underneath to give it a slope to gently support your legs in the traditional way, or both legs can be put upright to use it as an extra stool for guests to sit on, for a low table for board games, or to create a level surface with the chair for your feet after a hard days work. It is solidly built and aside from adding a great deal of comfort to each chair by turning it into a lounger, it serves a purpose when you need somewhere for an extra friend or loved one to sit. Our Adirondack footrests arrive almost fully assembled, so you only have to install 4 bolts and 4 screws and you're ready to relax.
